| Mix one measure Millet Adai Dosa Mix with 1 ½ measure water into a smooth batter and keep aside for 5-6 minutes. | |
| Heat the non stick Tava on a medium flame | |
| Sprinkle little water and wipe with a cloth. | |
| Pour the batter and spread it from centre to border in a circular shape. | |
| Roast for one minute on a medium flame. | |
| Add oil or ghee to the edges of Little Millet Dosa and roast it till golden brown. | |
| Flip the Dosa and roast it for one minute further. | |
| Remove it slowly from the Tawa and serve it with Chutney and Sambar. | |
Note:1. Do not keep the prepared batter for a long time.2. You can make 8-10 Dosa of normal size using 200 g Little Millet Rice dosa Mix3. Store in cool, dry and hygienic place.4. Once opened transfer the contents into an air tight container.5. Best before 6 months from the date of manufacture. |
