Saute 200 g cut vegetable of your choice (like Carrot, Beans, Green peas, Potato, etc with 2tbsp of cooking oil in a small pressure cooker. | |
Add 3 ½ measure (700 ml) water, a pinch of salt and boil. | |
Add 200 g (the contents of the pack) Bisibelebhath mix and mix well. | |
Close the lid and pressure cook for 6-7 whistles till cooked. | |
Allow the pressure to release for 8 to 10 minutes. | |
Add 2 tsp of Ghee, mix well and serve hot with Potato chips, Boondhi or curd Raita. | |
