Mix one measure Little Millet Dosa Mix with 1 ¼ measure water into a smooth batter and keep aside for 5 – 6 minutes. | |
Grease the non stick Tava and heat on a medium flame. | |
Sprinkle little water and wipe with a cloth. | |
Pour the batter and spread it from centre to border in a circular shape. | |
Roast for one minute on a medium flame. | |
Add oil or ghee to the edges of Little Millet Dosa and roast it till golden brown. | |
Flip the Dosa and roast it for one minute further. | |
Remove it slowly from the Tawa and serve it with Chutney and Sambar. | |
Note: 1. Do not keep the prepared batter for a long time. 2. You can make 8-10 Dosa of normal size using 200 g Little Millet Rice dosa Mix 3. Store in cool, dry and hygienic place. 4. Once opened transfer the contents into an air tight container. 5. Best before 6 months from the date of manufacture. |
