Boil 4 cups water (600ML) in a kadai with 1 Tablespoon Oil. | |
Add 2 Cups (200 g) of Khara Bhath Mix and mix well on a low flame. | |
Cook for 3-4 min. on low flame with constant mixing. | |
Keep aside for 5-6 min. with lid closed. | |
Add 1 tablespoon Oil or Ghee, Chopped Coriander Leaf and Mix Well. | |
Serve hot Khara Bhath with coconut chutney. | |
Note:1. Garnish with Grated Coconut, for better taste.2. Add chopped tomato while boiling water for better taste.3. Measure means any cup of your choice.4. Store in cool, dry and hygienic place.5.
