Heat 2-3 tbsp edible Oil in a small pressure cooker. | |
Fry 1 medium size chopped Onion till golden brown. | |
Add 200 grams cut vegetable of your choice (carrot, Beans, Potato, Green Peas, etc.) and sauté for 4-5 minutes. | |
Add 2 ½ cups (400 ml) water and allow to boil. | |
Add 200 g Native Crop Pulav Mix, mix well and pressure cook for 6-7 whistles. | |
Cool to release the pressure , mix well with 2 tsp Ghee and serve with Curd Raita. | |
