Boil 5-6 cups (1 litre) water in a vessel along with cut Onion and cut Tomato (50 g each). | |
Add 1 cup (100 g) Native Crop Sambar mix and mix well. | |
Boil for 5-6 minutes on medium flame with constant stirring. | |
Fry ½ tsp Mustard, few Curry Leaves in 2 tsp cooking oil and mix with Sambar. | |
Boil for 2-3 minutes, garnish with coriander and serve hot Sambar with Rice, Idli, Vada etc. | |
Note:1. You can use any cooked vegetable of your choice for Sambar. 2. You can add grated Coconut while boiling Sambar if desired. 3. can add Ing or Garlic to the pre preparation. 4. Store in cool, dry and hygienic place. 5. Once opened transfer the contents into an air tight container. 6. Best before 6 months from the date of manufacture. |
